Naiknavare Developers has announced the launch of “Avasa,” its new business vertical of premium plotted development, along with the release of its first-of-its-kind e-commerce platform designed exclusively for plotting. The platform, which offers a comprehensive solution to streamline the property buying process, enables buyers to search for properties, view virtual tours, and schedule in-person visits from the comfort of their own homes.
The first project under this new dedicated vertical, “Avasa Meadows,” comprises 62 fully serviced luxurious N.A plots of sizes ranging from 1848 sq. ft to 2846 sq. ft. The revolutionary e-commerce platform will enable buyers to purchase and register the plots online, thus digitizing the whole process of purchasing and registering plots.
Commenting on the launch, Anand Naiknavare, Head of Business Processes, Naiknavare Developers, said that the opportunity to live individually and independently yet get the advantages of living in a gated community are attracting people to purchase plots. Naiknavare aims to hand over 1 million sq. ft. of plots in the upcoming financial year under this mandate.
Located near the Vadgaon Maval area of Talegaon, the Avasa Meadows project is designed to cater to a variety of home buyers and investors.
