Facebook’s online payment service

The company will soon launch it with Shopify e-commerce

Now Facebook’s online payment system will be from other online platforms. Facebook will launch Facebook Pay with e-commerce platform Shopify. Through this, it will be easy for the customer to make payment on his own website. Currently, the Facebook Pay system is available for users on its main platform as well as WhatsApp and Instagram.

The company said on Thursday that starting August, those using the Facebook Pay system to do business in the US can make payments directly on its website. This way customers will not have to provide their payment details every time. This will increase the speed of payment.

Facebook said that right now we are starting this with the Shopify company. More payment platforms will be added in the coming times. People already use Facebook Pay on the Facebook app to send money, shop, donate, and more.

The company said that Facebook Pay aims to help customers grow their business by making them mobile-friendly for making online payments. The payment details are stored encrypted and securely, and will not require customers’ card or bank account numbers, it said.

In February, Shopify partnered with Facebook to bring its checkout and payment processing system ‘Shop Pay’ to Facebook and Instagram. Facebook also introduced QR code and payment link feature for Messenger users in the US last month.
