Now the car will fly in the air !

As a kid, we used to watch cars flying in cartoons and movies. Looking at it, we all must have thought that if such cars were actually blown up in the air. But now the flying car is actually going to fly in the air. The first car to fly has been successfully tested. A prototype flying car has completed a 35-minute flight between international airports in Nitra and Bratislava, Slovakia. The flying car will have a Bmw engine. This car will fly on petrol. The car has the capacity to fly at an altitude of 8200 feet. It can cover a distance of 1000 km. said, Professor Stefan Klein, the car’s maker.

‘Big market’

The company behind AirCar, Klein Vision, says the prototype has taken about two years to develop and cost “less than 2m euros” (£1.7m) in investment.

Anton Rajac, an adviser and investor in Klein Vision, said if the company could attract even a small percentage of global airline or taxi sales, it would be hugely successful.

“There are about 40,000 orders of aircraft in the United States alone,” he said.

“And if we convert 5% of those, to change the aircraft for the flying car – we have a huge market.”

Highlights
