Oil marketing companies have increased the price of domestic LPG cylinders. From now on, you will have to pay Rs 25.50 more per household cylinder. In the national capital, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder (14.2 kg) has gone up from Rs 809 to Rs 834.50. Similarly, from today, a new price has been imposed on domestic cylinders in various cities of the country (LPG Gas Cylinder Price Hike from 1 July 2021 rate increased by 25 rupees).
Government oil marketing companies review the price of gas cylinders on the first day of every month. After that, they decide to increase or decrease the price or keep it stable.

New prices in a few more cities
In Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, the price of an LPG cylinder has gone up to Rs 872.50. Similarly, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, one has to pay Rs 841.50 for LPG. The price of this cylinder in Chandigarh has now gone up to Rs 844.
Cylinder prices rose by Rs 140.50 since January In Delhi, an LPG cylinder was priced at Rs 694 in January this year. Accordingly, 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinders have gone up by Rs 140.50 since January this year.
Prices of commercial use cylinders (19 kg) also went up!
According to Indian Oil’s website, the new price of a commercial cylinder (19 kg) in Delhi has gone up from Rs 1,473.5 to Rs 1,550. Earlier, on June 1, the price of the cylinder was reduced by Rs 122.
