The interior design and features of the upcoming Mahindra XUV700 have been revealed

Mahindra has unveiled the interior design of the long-awaited XUV700 SUV, as well as a complete feature list and a few exterior teaser shots. We already know that the XUV500 successor will have a huge panoramic sunroof and Auto Boost headlights based on the teasers revealed so far. This time, though, we have nearly clear shots of the SUV’s dashboard and cabin.

On the dashboard, a dual-display layout takes centre stage. The touchscreen infotainment system is packed with WiFi and Alexa compatibility and is powered by ‘Adrenox’ technology. The air conditioning vents are beneath the multimedia screen, and the start/stop button is immediately next to the multi-function flat-bottom steering wheel. The black and beige colour scheme is carried throughout the cabin, including the dashboard and leatherette seats.

Other features include dual-zone climate control and a Sony stereo system with four sound modes: Immersive 3D, Stage, Party, and Breezy. There are four drive modes available for the diesel variants, each with a unique name: Zip, Zap, Zoom, and Custom. An air purifier, cruise control, and flush-fitting door handles will also be included.

The Mahindra XUV700 is expected to make its debut in the coming months, adding to the fierce rivalry in the expanding three-row SUV sector, which already includes the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar.
